Billing Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Billing Terms and Conditions ("Billing Terms") govern payment and billing matters between E6 & Co., LLC, doing business as Wildgrove Living ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and the customer ("Customer," "you," or "your").

By placing an order through wildgroveliving.com, you agree to these Billing Terms, together with our applicable Terms of Service and other policies.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Pricing

Currency: All prices are listed and processed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise expressly stated.

Price Changes: Product prices may change without prior notice. A price change will not retroactively change the price of an order that we have already accepted, except where permitted by applicable law to correct an obvious pricing or billing error.

Taxes and Fees: Listed product prices may exclude applicable sales taxes, shipping charges, freight charges, or other applicable fees unless otherwise specified. Applicable charges will be presented during checkout before you submit your order.

Wildgrove Living accepts the following payment methods, subject to availability at checkout:

4. Disputed Charges

If you believe Wildgrove Living has charged you incorrectly, please contact us promptly after discovering the disputed charge so we can investigate.

We will review billing disputes and work to resolve legitimate errors as promptly as reasonably possible.

Nothing in this section limits any dispute, chargeback, or consumer rights available to you under applicable law or the rules of your payment provider.

5. Refunds and Credits

Refunds and credits are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, available at:

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

After we issue a refund, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account. Processing times imposed by financial institutions or third-party payment providers are outside our control.

6. Taxes

Applicable sales taxes and other legally required charges, if any, will be calculated and presented during checkout.

Customers are responsible for taxes or other charges applicable to their purchases as required by law.

If you are purchasing on behalf of a tax-exempt organization, please contact us regarding applicable documentation before placing the order. Acceptance of tax-exempt status is subject to verification and applicable law.

7. Billing Errors

Corrections: If we discover a billing error, we will take reasonable steps to correct it.

Overcharges: If Wildgrove Living determines that you were incorrectly overcharged, we will refund or credit the applicable overcharged amount.

Undercharges and Pricing Errors: If we identify a material pricing or billing error before an order has been fulfilled, we may contact you to resolve the error or cancel and refund the affected order.

We will not automatically impose an additional charge on your payment method after purchase without authorization where authorization is required by applicable law or payment-provider rules.

8. Payment Security

Payments are processed using Shopify Payments and/or the applicable payment provider associated with the payment method selected at checkout.

Payment information is transmitted and processed using security measures provided by Shopify and applicable payment processors.

Wildgrove Living does not independently store complete payment card numbers on its own servers.

9. Changes to Billing Terms

We may update these Billing Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, we will post the revised Billing Terms on wildgroveliving.com and update the "Last Updated" date.

Changes will apply prospectively as permitted by applicable law and will not retroactively alter completed transactions except where required or permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, E6 & Co., LLC, doing business as Wildgrove Living, will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from billing matters covered by these Billing Terms.

To the extent a limitation of monetary liability is legally permitted and applicable, our liability arising from a particular transaction will not exceed the amount you paid to Wildgrove Living for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Billing Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Governing Law

These Billing Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

To the extent legally permitted, legal proceedings arising from these Billing Terms shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida.

Nothing in this provision is intended to deprive a consumer of jurisdictional or venue rights that cannot legally be waived.
